Amanda
Lead Organizer
Developing and adhering to a well-structured plan can facilitate creativity in all areas of life. I’m Amanda, and for 10 years I worked in the fitness industry as a personal trainer before switching careers. Now I love helping people organize their homes so every day life runs more smoothly. As I was looking for a career change, I began organizing my friends’ homes and realized how much I enjoyed helping create simplicity and organization amidst life's chaos and our hectic schedules. In both my personal training and in organizing, I love helping people create systems that work specifically for each family and their lifestyles — I consider an organizer's job to be the hand that helps guide a client's plan gently into place. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach that works for every person or every family.
Having two small children of my own, I understand how busy and chaotic life can be. I enjoy helping families with little time (or desire) to organize and create systems that help simplify their lives and work for their schedules and lifestyles. I also like to teach younger kids basic organization habits so they can learn from an early age how to keep their spaces tidy.
I love the variety that comes with working across homes and business settings with diverse people. I’m a go-getter who works fast and is always up for a new challenge. I especially love helping people unpack from a recent move and getting initial organizing systems set up that people can then maintain in their new home.
